About
Welcome to MyNaturalRelief.org. The information you find here is just that — information! I’ve place it here in the hopes that it will help you make educated decisions about taking care of yourself and your loved ones.
About This Site
The purpose of My Natural Relief is to provide easily accessible articles and links to helpful resources intended to help the average human being find better ways to live with chronic disease, chronic illness, diabetes, male dysfunction, hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). You’ll also find helpful information and resources for pain relief of arthritis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, tendonitis, and back pain.
MyNaturalRelief.org (and its related sites Anxiety-Rescue.com and DepressionRescue.org) officially launched in December 2007. I am re-launching the site now after taking time to learn better strategies for getting this important information and several related resources out so that everyone will benefit from it.
About Estelle Broussard
I am a web developer and copywriter with an avid interest in health, fitness, and nutrition. The conditions covered here have affected me, my family, and numerous friends. That’s why I created this web site.
Over the past four years in my “day job” I’ve had the opportunity to work on the academic side of the health care profession. This experience exposes me to the importance of critical research techniques, health intervention methodology, and how to build “pictures” of at-risk populations using demographics and statistics.
Besides my interest in health and wellness-related issues, I stay busy with 3 – 7 cats and activities which include cooking, bicycling, music, dancing, and — of course! — reading.
It’s my hope that the information posted here willl help you and your family lead a healthy lifestyle. Feel free to leave you comments, suggestions, and requests. Let’s make this blog a spot on the Internet that adds value and makes a difference. I invite you to comment on the articles you find here. Other people are reading. Perhaps your comments will be just the push someone needs to make a decision to get healthier today.
